<title>Bus Totalled, Insurance Company Won't Pay, How Do I Battle This??</title>

I will aim to force this account succinct and only deal with the main points or I will be here all night hitting these keys. In short, my truck was robbed and the State Farm won&#039;t pay. The insurance company said that I did not comply with their investigation since we did not deliver them with our cell phone minutes. They, nor their examiner ever made a request for our cell phone report. Once we were notified by e-mail that they sought after the records and did not possess them we faxed the cell records in using an electronic fax company so we hold proof we despatched the minutes. We believe we know who vandalized the truck (truck was robbed and ruined, vulgar language written on it, etc...) The bizarre component is that they think a key was used. The jerk who did it was a mechanic I have a problem with that lost about a $1700 because he was slow. Police force have cleared both me and my wife... So now what?

My insurance agent (who has been tremendously compassionate and I ought to pitch a shout out to him) has been accommodating but there is not much he can achieve.

Some ideas before I call a lawyer. Don&#039;t truly want to do that!

Thank you in Advance
